- Once the selection is made, sign the contract and make the deposit for the chosen module. You or your structural engineer will receive all the necessary documents from us, and you'll prepare the foundation.
- Together, we'll schedule a delivery date and set up your home on the prepared site. Getting your own house can be this simple—1, 2, 3, and we're done!
Warranty
We offer a 10-year warranty on the structure, 2 years on assembly, and manufacturer-backed warranties on materials. All our materials are EU-certified and sourced from the European Economic Area (EEA), except for photovoltaic technology.
