We fuse Scandinavian construction with classic carpentry, crafting timeless, high-quality homes that marry modern functionality with traditional charm. Our designs feature clean lines, natural materials, and thoughtful layouts, prioritizing sustainability to meet our customers' needs beautifully.
Sustainable Construction
Our sustainable method uses full wooden frames and advanced panels for insulation, paired with cutting-edge technology like automatic ventilation with heat recovery, photovoltaics, and energy storage. Departing from conventional steel, our holistic approach centers on wooden frames, ensuring modules meet top energy standards.
Flexibility
Our 13x4.5-meter modules provide flexible layouts, ranging from 50 to 53 square meters. They seamlessly combine in any number, enabling constructions up to three modules high. This adaptability suits various needs—be it innovative offices, Airbnb spaces, community areas, or customized residential buildings.
Reasonable Pricing
We differentiate by offering transparent pricing for basic modules and clear, easy-to-understand add-ons, like wood-aluminum windows or solar system installation upon module setup. This approach ensures financial clarity and empowers confident project planning for your peace of mind.
Turnkey
We streamline your project by providing comprehensive documentation for easy building applications. Bathrooms are included for swift use post-installation. Additionally, we offer custom kitchens, built-in wardrobes, and fair-priced furnishing options. Our houses arrive ready from Oberkannte Bodenplatte, and we assist in foundation planning and partner arrangements.
Warranty
We offer a 10-year warranty on the structure, 2 years on assembly, and manufacturer-backed warranties on materials. All our materials are EU-certified and sourced from the European Economic Area (EEA), except for photovoltaic technology.
